Problems

This page talks about some of the problems that I enjoyed.

This is a slight blemish that I didn't see while I was building the car.  It only showed up when I wet the body while wiping some glue off.  After I saw this, I started wetting every board as part of the strip selection process.

Here are some Gaps.  They didn't show until I sanded the body.  They are in the part of the body where the boards take the maximum bend.  I should have gone one board at a time in these areas instead of 2 or 3 boards at a time.  It is almost impossible to fill cracks in Yellow Cedar without it showing.

More dis-Colored wood that didn't show up till it was wet.
More Cracks
More Cracks -- These basically disappeared after epoxying.
